Our Support Rates
We can offer you and your company excellent rates with on-site support. We also have service level agreements (SLAs) available for extra peace of mind knowing we will take care of you no matter what happens. Our ad-hoc support rates are as follows:
- Call Out
- R400 (R480 for our clients outside Gauteng) per call out including the first 30 minutes of service.
- Thereafter, R200 for every 30 minutes or part thereof.
- Our working hours are from 08h00-17h00.
- After working hours call out available to our SLA clients.
